Primary Health Properties has contracted to buy a purpose-built health care property in Macclesfield for £2.5m.
The asset is being built within the Macclesfield General District Hospital campus.
On completion the building will be let to East Cheshire NHS Trust on a 21-year lease.
Work is due to complete by the end of the year.
The deal takes PHP’s portfolio to 272 buildings, with a total rent roll of £62.8m.
