Gavriel Merkado, founder of Insight Residential, said: “This system gathers information about the property market across the UK in real time so you can see trends and opportunities right down to very small areas across the whole country. Insight Residential is one of five start-ups making up Pi Labs’s first cohort at The Collective’s HQ in Bedford Square, kicking off on Monday.
