Picton has gained vacant possession of Stanfords map shop in Covent Garden and is considering options on the 20,000 sq ft building.
The map shop will be moving to nearby Mercer Walk from 2019 and Picton is considering a re-letting or sale of the Grade II listed building.
The retail lower floors have offices and residential overhead, and a buyer could look to take on a mixed-use refurbishment or prime residential scheme.
