Investor Picton has appointed Matthew Barker as asset manager from JLL, where he has been a surveyor for three years.
Picton’s head of asset management, Jay Cable, said: “This appointment reflects the growth in our business over the last 12 months. The addition of Matt to the team ensures we maintain a strong asset management capability as we enlarge and reshape the portfolio in the coming months.”
Barker said: “I am delighted to be joining Picton at this time, especially recognising their recent successes and plans to take the business forward as occupier markets continue to show signs of improvement.”
