Picton has let 24,000 sq ft of space at Citylink in East Croydon, Greater London,
to education provider BPP.
The company has signed a 10-year lease for the newly refurbished office space at an annual rent of £500,000.
The deal takes occupation of the building up to 90%, filling the largest void in Picton’s portfolio.
Stiles Harold Williams and Savills jointly acted for Picton. Jaggard Baker acted for BPP.
