Picton starts hunt for new chair

Picton Property Income has started the search for a new chair after Lena Wilson confirmed her move to chair transport operator First Group. Wilson will leave her role at the REIT on 31 January 2025. Picton said its board will start a search for a “suitable successor”, with Mark Batten, senior independent director, acting as interim chair of the nomination committee and leading the hunt. Chief executive Michael Morris acknowledged Wilson’s “leadership, guidance, and valued contribution” to the company.
