The son of Berkeley Group chief executive Tony Pidgley has set up Cadenza in competition with the housebuilder.
Tony Pidgley junior resigned from Berkeley in April.
Cadenza, based in Mayfair, in the West End of London, plans to build large “mixed-use schemes”.
