Pigeon Investment Management has sold an 87,000 sq ft warehouse and three-storey office in Peterborough to a glass manufacturer.
Glass Systems, part of the Press Glass Group, purchased 1 Lysander Drive, Market Deeping in an £8m deal to increase its operational capacity.
The site is set within the golden logistics triangle.
Savills and JLL advised Pigeon on the sale.
