Two pilates companies have taken central London space from Threadneedle.
Barrecore has signed a five-year lease for 2,500 sq ft at 6 Cavendish Square, W1, paying £39.50 per sq ft.
In E1, Ten Pilates has agreed a 10-year lease for just over 3,000 sq ft at 119-121 Middlesex Street. It is paying £29.30 per sq ft.
Metrus Property Advisors advised both tenants; Paul Bechak & Co acted for the landlord on Middlesex Street; Savills represented Threadneedle on Cavendish Square.
