Pillar Property Investment has acquired the leasehold of the Four Seasons Shopping Centre in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, for £23.75m from Legal & General – reflecting a yield of 8.6%. It made the acquisition through PillarCaisse – its joint venture subsidiary.
The purchase gives PillarCaisse a portfolio of six shopping centres. This centre comprises 21,460 sq m (231,000 sq ft) and generates £2.1m pa.
