Pillar Property has emerged as the frontrunner to buy most of Redditch town centre in the West Midlands for more than £100m.
The company is in exclusive negotiations to acquire the 65,030 sq m (700,000 sq ft) sprawling complex of 160 shops and offices from AMP and Commercial Union who decided to sell after they disagreed on plans to regenerate the centre.
Hillier Parker’s Greg Nicholson is advising the vendors.
