Pinnacle takes on 900 homes for L&G

Pinnacle Group has taken on the management of 900 homes on behalf of Legal & General Affordable Homes. The homes are a mix of affordable rented and shared ownership, across the Southwest and Midlands, including The Berries in Paignton, Devon, and Cross Trees Park in Shrivenham, Oxfordshire. Pinnacle is now responsible for managing around 1,800 homes for LGAH, whose pipeline of new properties will expand the portfolio to 2,600 homes over the next few years. Pinnacle’s role will include tenant on-boarding and management, building compliance, defect management, maintenance and void management. The company will also work with LGAH in advance of the handover stage, including liaising with relevant local authorities on nominations agreements and the production of welcome packs and home user guides for prospective tenants.
