Pizza Hut is considering insolvency after hiring turnaround specialist Alvarez & Marsal.
The firm is drawing up plans for a CVA in a bid to reduce rents and perhaps close some of its 244 branches.
Pizza Hut Restaurants is run under franchise from Yum! Brands, the S&P 500 fast food company that also runs KFC and the Mexican-themed Taco Bell chain.
