United Utilities Property Solutions has gained consent for a 70,000 sq ft facility on a four-and-a-half-acre site at Lingley Mere Business Park in Warrington.
The scheme, designed by AEW Architects, comprises storage, distribution, general industrial and office space along with a car park.
The site is located to the south-west of Junction 8 of the M62 and is adjacent to United Utilities’ wider estate, with an existing office building, Grasmere House, situated immediately west of the estate road forming the western boundary.
