Plans approved for Nottinghamshire warehouse
Rula Developments has gained detailed planning consent for a 190,000 sq ft high-specification warehouse near Huthwaite in Nottinghamshire, which it will build speculatively.
The proposed warehouse, called Fulwood 190, is located on the Fulwood Industrial Estate.
Rula is targeting BREEAM “Excellent” and an EPC rating of A for the facility. Features include an oversized dual yard provision, 15m eaves and 50m yard depth. The development has a target completion date of Q2 2023.

Mark Hawthorne of Rula Developments said: “J28 is an established and sought-after occupier location, and we are confident of delivering a successful development bringing forward further job creation in the area.”
Toby Wilson, surveyor at M1 Agency, which has been appointed as marketing agent alongside Burbage Realty, said: “Obtaining planning approval is a major milestone in bringing forward the delivery of Fulwood 190. With continued strong levels of take-up and an intention to speculatively build out, we are confident of quickly securing occupier interest.”
