Plans for 80-bed hotel opposite Everton Stadium tipped for approval

Plans for an 80-bedroom hotel opposite the new £500m Bramley-Moore Dock Everton Stadium have been recommended for approval by Liverpool City Council.  The development is being brought forward by landowner Rohan Hughes. Designed by Atelier 2 Architecture, the scheme involves converting the existing Grade II listed warehouse at 15-17 Fulton Street, which had previously been used as artist studios, and constructing an extension on the adjacent land, which is bounded by Regent Road, Blackstone Street and Fulton Street. The new building will have a reception and bar on the ground floor and a pool and treatment rooms in the basement.
