Plans to convert Colliers International’s former Marylebone headquarters, W1, into a luxury flats development have been unveiled.
DSDHA-designed proposals to convert the office block at 9 Marylebone Lane into 27 flats across seven floors, have been submitted to Westminster city council.
The application comes one year after Clivedale Properties, a vehicle backed by a private Indian family, bought the 26,395 sq ft block from Universities Superannuation Scheme for £21m.
Colliers relocated to Loftus Family Property’s 50 George Street , W1, following the purchase.
