Sir Norman Foster’s designs for the UK’s first 1,000 ft plus skyscraper will be revealed today. The proposed 90-storey building, planned for the site of Baltic Exchange, will house up to 10,000 people and be 366 metres (1,200 feet) high at its tallest point. It is estimated that the tower will cost £550m to build.
