Newlands Developments has submitted proposals for a 2m sq ft business park on land to the south of Dearne Valley Parkway in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire.
The scheme, designed by UMC Architects, comprises four sustainable buildings plus supporting facilities and infrastructure.
The business park will be developed in four phases, with plot 1 comprising a 568,500 sq ft building, plot 2 a 370,000 sq ft building, plot 3 an 840,000 sq ft building, and plot 4 a 345,000 sq ft building.
Newlands aims to deliver operational net zero carbon for all buildings on site with a minimum EPC rating of A for the warehousing and A+ for the main office area. The firm will also target BREEAM Excellent certification.
