Plans in for 355-home Stratford High Street BTR scheme

Pickstock Group has filed plans to develop a 355-home build-to-rent scheme on Stratford High Street, E15. The plans, lodged with Newham Council, involve redeveloping the site of a former Porsche dealership that was demolished in 2017 into two buildings of 21 and 29 storeys. The scheme, located at 68-70 Stratford High Street, will provide 272 market rent homes and 83 affordable homes. It will also provide community spaces, including a riverside garden, play areas and a café.
