Lend Lease has submitted a planning application for housing at Deptford Wharves, SE8, the £300m south London regeneration scheme it bought last summer.
The Australian development giant is seeking permission to build 1,110 homes on the 11-acre site in buildings of up to 24 storeys.
The site is subject to a 2011 consent from Lewisham council to provide 905 homes, which was secured by previous owner City & Provincial Properties.
