Benson Elliot and its development managers Londonewcastle have submitted a planning application for 9-42 The Broadway, a town centre regeneration site opposite Ealing Broadway Station, W5.
The plans include 191 homes, a number of buildings ranging from four to 18 storeys, and 20 new shops. The application also incorporates a 5,000 sq ft music venue on the site of the original Ealing club and space suitable for a boutique cinema.
Following submission of the plans, Ealing council will start its consultation on the proposals and is expected to make a decision on the plans later this year.
James Shindler, director at Londonewcastle, said: “We have worked closely with local communities and as a result of the public consultation have strengthened our proposals and the benefits it will offer to Ealing.”
