Harleyford Capital has lodged a detailed planning application for a new-build industrial scheme in Watford.
The 175,000 sq ft development would provide two terraces of adaptable industrial space, featuring ancillary office facilities at mezzanine level.
The scheme, designed by Harris Partnership, is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Ian Perrell, director at Harris Partnership, said: “Our proposals will provide a new lease of life to the site while improving biodiversity and ensuring high-quality, flexible grade-A industrial space.”
