Ormskirk-based Geoffrey Wilkinson has submitted plans to transform the last available plot of Liverpool’s Paradise Street masterplan.
The private developer has submitted plans for site 22, close to the city’s Baltic Triangle and Fleet Street. It proposals include three buildings comprising a 305-bed student scheme with 9,700 sq ft of shops.
The scheme would sit next to Grosvenor’s £1bn Liverpool One.
Manchester-based The Planning Studio and Formroom Architects are advising.
