Genr8 Developments, in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, has submitted plans for the next phase of its Smithfield development in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Plans have been lodged for 3 Smithfield, a 62,000 sq ft office, and a circa 730-space car park.
Construction of the office and car park is earmarked to start in late 2020, with a 2022 completion date.
So far, the Smithfield development has delivered 1 and 2 Smithfield, two offices totalling 210,000 sq ft. A 140-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and an 11-storey build-to-rent block is also near completion.
Abi Brown, leader of Stoke-on-Trent City Council, said: “There is real confidence in Stoke-on-Trent from developers and businesses. Our work to make this city a great place to invest is working, and businesses and others know that Stoke-on-Trent is a great place to locate.”
