Architect Barton Willmore has submitted plans for a 16,680 sq ft office block in Portishead, Somerset.
The three-storey BREEAM “excellent”-rated building will be set on a 1-acre site, north of the A369, and five minutes from the M5.
The proposals have been submitted on behalf of Churngold Construction, which will occupy part of the property.
A decision from North Somerset council on the development is expected by the end of October, with construction planned for early 2012.
