UBS Asset Management and Reef have submitted plans for a £900m life sciences campus in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
The venture is seeking approval from Stevenage Borough Council to create an estimated 1.6m sq ft of laboratory, manufacturing and office facilities, providing space for up to 5,000 “highly skilled” new jobs.
The campus will feature a central green and consist of 15 new buildings connected by publicly accessible and landscaped open spaces complete with restaurants, cafés and leisure facilities for employees.
