Sourced and Network Rail have submitted plans for a £100m scheme consisting of 507 homes and 18,000 sq ft of commercial space on Love Lane in Liverpool.
The plans include developing four plots, three of which are on Love Lane and one on the adjoining Pall Mall site.
The residential towers will range from nine to 11 storeys. They will provide 147 one-bed, 330 two-bed, and 30 three-bed flats for private sale, as well as 139 car parking spaces.
The four four-acre sites are occupied by surface car parks and vacant buildings, and a number of units are built into the existing railway arches on the site. The arches are occupied by a car repair garage, a gym, and a small music venue.
