7 Star Properties has submitted proposals to create a new business area in Sheffield, by developing around 20 new commercial facilities across two linear blocks.
The scheme will sit on 1.4-acre site at Carwood Road, located to the north-east of the city centre, and measure 120,039 sq ft. There will be a minimum of 43 parking spaces, plus space for the loading and unloading vehicles.
The proposed developments are expected to offer flexible business spaces in a variety of sizes to serve the needs of occupiers from different industries.
If approved, works on site will start in the first half of next year, with completion expected in early 2024.
