PRUPIM and Cubex will later this week submit plans for the refurbishment of One Victoria Street in Bristol.
The pair, which teamed up on the project in May, will on Thursday submit plans to turn the 36,000 sq ft block into a 48,000 sq ft scheme. Quoting rents will be £24.50 per sq ft.
The group hopes to get planning for the project within the next 12 weeks.
PRUPIM fund manager Justin Upton said: “This is a tremendous example of redeveloping tired office buildings in a sustainable way to create attractive spaces in which to work, together with offering affordable, flexible space with a low environmental impact.”
Subject to consent, PRUPIM and Cubex hope to start on site early next year.
