Plans revealed for 24-storey Wolverhampton tower

 


Student accommodation developer Victoria Hall and Fleming Developments UK have revealed plans for a 24-storey tower in the heart of Wolverhampton, West Midlands.


 


The 225,000 sq ft joint venture, which is located within the town’s Canalside Quarter close to the Ring Road, will comprise four buildings with 657 student bedrooms and 142 apartments. 


 


The tower will be one of the Midlands’ tallest buildings.


 


The £37m  O’Connell East Architect’s-designed development will be built on land owned by Victoria Hall and completion is due for the start of the academic year in September 2009.
