Plans revealed for new £45m Bicester Heritage hotel

Bicester Heritage, a 18.5m sq ft development site, is seeking planning submission for a 344-room hotel, leisure and conference facility.

The new hotel (pictured), with a gross development value of £45m, would cover nearly 200,000 sq ft.

Bicester Heritage has appointed CBRE as advisers and expects to hire an international agent.

Dan Geoghegan, managing director of Bicester Heritage, said: “There is a significant gap in the market for a large hotel with meaningful conferencing facilities to take advantage of the industry-leading tourism and business landscape here. This scheme grasps that opportunity.”
