Plans for a £17m mixed-use development in Finglas, Dublin 11, have been submitted by Dublin developer the Marshalsea Property.
The project will consist of more than 131,000 sq ft of offices, industrial units and warehousing on a six-acre site next to the company’s Jamestown Business Park, which the company has already developed.
The development will be built in seven blocks.
New industrial units in the area are currently selling for between 1,450 (£1,000) and 2,150 (£1,483) per sq m.
Marshalsea is owned by Owen McDermott and Liam O’Farrell and is best known for developing residential property in Dublin and the adjoining counties of Kildare and Meath.
It also developed the Merchants Court offices on Dublin’s south quays as well as North Park in Finglas.
In 2003 its investment properties were reported to be worth 46m (£37m).
