Southam Properties has submitted a detailed planning application for a £20m business park (pictured) in South Warwickshire to Stratford-upon-Avon council.
Southam, a joint venture between Barwood Developments and Deeley Properties, has been granted outline permission for plans to develop 300,000 sq ft of offices and warehouse distribution on the 16-acre South Park site near Leamington.
Joint agents Berry Morris and Wareing&Co are looking for companies to take the freehold or leases on units which Southam says could range from 10,000 sq ft to 275,000 sq ft.
