Developer The Stereame Partnership has submitted detailed plans for a £27m hotel and housing development in Nenagh town, Co Tipperary.
The scheme comprises an 84-bedroom hotel and leisure facility, 13 medical consulting rooms, a 50-bedroom nursing home, 38 sheltered houses and a creche.
Located on an 11.3-acre (4.57ha) site at the Limerick Road to the south of the town, it will also accommodate 407 surface parking spaces.
