Plans submitted for £30m Bracknell offices

South East developer Lamron Developments has submitted a planning application for a £30m office development in the centre of Bracknell, Berkshire. The scheme will replace two office buildings on London Road -Apex House and Hayley House – with a 77,500 sq ft five storey office building. Lamron bought the site from ING last year for £4.25m. It plans to build speculatively. Lamron is represented by NB Real Estate and Campbell Gordon of Reading.
