Hong Kong developer New World has submitted plans for a major residential scheme on its 0.7ha (1.7 acre) site between Knightsbridge and Raphael St in west London.
New World is proposing to build 190 flats, seven townhouses, 362 parking spaces, landscaped gardens and courtyards. The company acquired 195-199 Knightsbridge, the existing office building on the site, from Prudential in January for around £100m.
