Developer Pinnacle MC Global and PHD1 Construction have submitted plans for a £90m project in Liverpool, covering 366 homes and 50,000 sq ft of mixed-use space.
The project – which includes a 17-storey tower – includes new and refurbished buildings.
It will be built on 70-90 Pall Mall, near Leeds Street, to the north of the city centre.
