Plans for 164 homes, shops and a landscaped public square at 156 West End Lane, West Hampstead, NW6, have been submitted to Camden council.
A2Dominion has finalised its proposals for the scheme, which also includes flexible workspace designed by architects Child Graddon Lewis.
About 50% of the homes will be classed as affordable.
Nicholas Yeeles, A2Dominion executive director, said: “Our aim for this important site is to create a high quality, sustainable development that will help address housing needs in the borough of Camden and enhance the local area.”
