Plans have been submitted to Westminster City Council for the extension and refurbishment of offices at Drury House, SW1, to provide around 46,000 sq ft offices.
Throgmorton Securities plans to refurbish the four-storey office building, located at 32 Vauxhall Bridge Road, and add a two-storey extension with a mezzanine level and roof terraces.
As part of the refurbishment, it also plans to introduce facilities for cyclists.
The building, which adjoins a nine-storey office building occupied by Penguin Random House, is currently vacant.
If approved, building work is expected to begin in April 2023, with all works complete by October 2024.
