Playtech has signed for two floors at six-storey office building 80 Hammersmith Road, W14.
The online gaming software supplier has signed for 13,850 sq ft at Peakside Capital’s and Mercer Real Estate Partners’ 41,700 sq ft grade-A asset. It has agreed a 10-year lease with a five-year break option.
It joins estate agent Marsh and Parsons, which took the ground and first floors in May. The property is now almost 60% let.
