Plaza Centers is planning to build a 172,228 sq ft shopping and entertainment centre in Leszno, Poland.
The AIM-listed developer said the scheme would have a gross development budget of £29.34m (€37m) and provide space for over 70 shops.
Construction is expected to start in the middle of 2009, with completion due at the end of 2010.
The project is the second Plaza has secured in Poland since it listed on the Warsaw stock exchange in October 2007, and its 13th in the country. There are 247,000 people living within 19 miles of the proposed scheme.
Since 1996 Plaza has built, managed and sold seven shopping centres in Poland. It is poised to start construction on a further four shopping and entertainment centres in Suwalki, Torun, Kielce and Zgorzelec, as well as a mixed-use project in Lodz.
