Pluto Finance has launched a new lending product for residential investments with a target to deploy £200m by March 2021.
It is offering loans for PRS landlords acquiring investment assets, on top of its development debt offering.
Pluto Finance will offer loans of between £5m and £50m, at 65% LTV for fixed terms of 10 years or longer.
Simon Chapman, lending director at Pluto Finance, said: “We are looking to fund professional landlords with unbroken blocks of flats in major towns and cities throughout England and Wales.”
Pluto Finance specialises in stretch senior, senior and bridging loans, with backing from global institutional investors. It is currently funding the development of around 2,000 homes.
