Pochin gets fresh in Cheshire

Pochin Property has submitted plans for a 47-acre rural business hub in Middlewich, Cheshire.

The plans, for Midpoint 18, include a new auction centre, a food innovation and enterprise centre, offices and warehouse space.

It will also include a box park retail area and restaurant and leisure spaces.

The scheme, known as Cheshire FRESH, will provide over 400,000 sq ft in space for the farming and food industry.

Frank Marshall and Wright Manley will occupy the auction centre, catering for agricultural machinery and livestock sales.

The design team includes HOW Planning, AEW Architects, David Tucker Associates and Tyler Grange.
