MIPIM UK NEWS: Pocket Living is in talks with the Homes and Communities Agency to expand outside of London, according to its chief executive Marc Vlessing.
Speaking at MIPIM UK, he said: “I see absolutely no reason why compact homes outside of London would not work, and in fact we are talking to HCA about exactly that.”
He also said there had been a realisation from government about the different forms of tenure, compared to five or six years ago.
