Developer Pocket Homes has submitted plans for a 24-storey tower in Wandsworth, SW18.
Plans include 63 affordable private homes – to be sold for at least 20% below market value – and 26 open-market homes to subsidise them.
The proposals do not include any social housing but would provide public access to the south bank of the River Wandle and improvements to the bridge and footway.
Pocket is backed by Lloyds Banking Group and the GLA and now owns five sites in London.
