Industrial property developer Panattoni Europe is to build the first European factory for Polaris Industries Inc.
The build-to-suit facility for the American manufacturer will be built in Opole, in southern Poland, within the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park.
No rent was disclosed for the 33,000 m2 space that Polaris is taking, but prime levels in the country can reach €43 per m2 a year.
Polaris Industries, which makes snowmobiles, quads, motorcycles and electric NEVs (neighbourhood electric vehichles), is making its debut in Poland.
