Polaroid has snapped up Fisher House in Bath Street, Glasgow, for a new European administrative headquarters in the biggest new office deal in the city this year.
The camera and film manufacturer has taken the 2,326 sq m (25,042 sq ft) building on a 25-year lease at £150 per sq m (£14 per sq ft). The tenant has a break option after 15 years.
Polaroid, which has occupied offices thoughout Scotland for more than 30 years, is restructuring its European operation. The company’s manufacturing facility is in Dumbarton, Strathclyde.
