Bond Wolfe Auctions raised more than £16.1m at its September auction, reflecting a success rate of 87%.
Highlights of the September sale included three former police stations which were sold by West Midlands Police.
The former Darlaston Police Station near Walsall (pictured) eventually sold for £660,000, more than twice its £250,000+ guide price. The former police station in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, sold for £430,000 after also being guided at £250,000+ and the former police station in Handsworth, north-west Birmingham, which was offered with a guide price of £500,000, sold for £770,000.
Bond Wolfe, which was launched in January, has now offered 490 lots in 2019, raising £55m. The firm’s next auction will be held on 23 October at Villa Park in Birmingham.
