UK insurtech Policy Expert has signed up to 22,700 sq ft of workspace at Laidlaw Estates’ Exchange House scheme in Milton Keynes.
The recently refurbished building offers more than 150,000 sq ft of office space and amenities, such as cafés and restaurants.
Policy Expert joins a host of occupiers including PwC, University of Bedfordshire and HS2.
Tom Harker, director of office advisory at Lambert Smith Hampton, who advised the landlord, added: “We continue to see the occupiers attracted to buildings where landlords are investing in making their buildings energy efficient and amenity driven.”
Policy Expert was unrepresented on the deal.
